The Baisha Township Library was originally located on the 2nd floor of the Baisha Township People's Representative Association, and since then the library business has expanded year by year, it has been re-opened at its current site in 1993 and completed the Reading Environment Improvement Project in July 2011, providing a better reading environment for our readers.

Baisha Township Library is a three-story building, each floor is configured as follows: the first floor is equipped with a stack room, network information area, reading area, bathroom, and circulation counter. The second floor has a children's room, periodical and magazine area, comics lounge, washroom and service desk. In addition to the reader's reading area, the third floor is also available for various performances and exhibitions.
